Registrar Office

Registrar is the administrative head of the secretariat of the University and is responsible for the provision of secretariat support to the Authorities of the University. The Registrar Office is the custodian of the common seal and responsible to maintain Register of Registered Graduates in the prescribed manner; of the University. Registrar is the secretary of the NDU Senate and all statutory bodies and supervise the process of election, appointment or nomination of members to the various authorities and other bodies. Registrar also act as Master of the Ceremony for the Convocations and prepare academic calendar of the University.

Registrar Office is also entrusted to maintain service record of all employees not on the strength of armed forces / Ministry of Defence. Process affiliation requests and undertake registration of students. Cancellation of admission, issuance of Migration Certificate and student discipline cases are dealt by the Registrar.
