Candidates submitting HEC attested last degree will be given preference.

PhD

MPhil/MS or equivalent (Min. 18 years of education) in relevant discipline from HEC recognized institution with minimum 1st division in Annual System or 3.00 CGPA in Semester system in the last degree.

Candidates must submit MS/M.Phil HEC attested (relevant) degree.

Preference will be given to candidates submitting research based degrees

BS Programs:

Local Boards/ Universities Candidates:
Local Board Candidates applying for BS Program while waiting for the announcement of their HSSC/A Level (Part-2) result may be admitted provisionally on basis of HSSC or Equivalent Part-1 result. They will have to submit their mark sheet before Mid-term examination. Merit shall be determined on basis of HSSC or Equivalent-Part-1 marks/Grades. *(download sample of Result Awaiting Affidavit from NDU Official website).

International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE)/ A’ Levels Candidates:
Candidates applying for BS program while waiting for the announcement of their A’ Level (Part 2) result will be admitted provisionally on the basis of A’s (subsidiary level/clearing all 3 compulsory subjects). However, NDU will calculate their merit on basis of the (official) grade Sheet of A’s level (as per numerical marks determined by IBCC). IBCC equivalence of O’ levels must be provided in any case. Admitted Candidates shall be required to submit IBCC equivalence for A’ levels within 4 weeks after commencement of classes failing which their provisional admission will be cancelled.

MS/M.Phil & PhD candidates are required to submit their official transcript and relevent degree with admission form. PhD candidates are required to submit their HEC attested relevent degree (MS/M.Phil or equivalent) with admission form.
